These terms explain how Battle Born Labs handles research-use product records, documentation requests, and reviewed order requests.
Research-use storefront
Battle Born Labs publishes product records for research-use review. Site content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instruction, prescription fulfillment, or veterinary-use guidance.
Order requests
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, payment instructions, availability, shipping, or fulfillment. Battle Born Labs reviews product availability, customer details, documentation context, and support needs before any order moves forward.
Product information
Product names, images, SKU context, documentation status, and handling notes are provided for record review. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information and asking support for available documentation before requesting an order.
Payments and fulfillment
Payment instructions, invoice steps, and fulfillment timing are confirmed only after review through an approved Battle Born Labs support or payment channel. Do not submit payment outside an approved channel.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for using the website lawfully, providing accurate request information, following research-use boundaries, and not using site content to support human-use, veterinary-use, medical, treatment, or dosing claims.
