Battle Born Labs Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are reviewed according to request status and any approved payment or fulfillment step.
Reviewed before acceptance
Submitting an order request does not create an accepted order, payment obligation, shipment, return right, or refund right. Battle Born Labs reviews each request before any invoice, payment, or fulfillment step.
Before payment
If a request has not been accepted or invoiced, Battle Born Labs may decline, cancel, or ask for more information without a refund process because no payment has been collected through the reviewed request flow.
After payment or invoice
If payment is later requested and completed through an approved channel, any cancellation, refund, return, replacement, or credit request is reviewed by Battle Born Labs based on the order status, product condition, shipping status, documentation, and applicable requirements.
Research-use handling
Battle Born Labs may be unable to accept returns for items that have shipped, left controlled handling, been opened, altered, stored improperly, or cannot be verified as suitable for return handling.

Contact Battle Born Labs support with the order request number, customer email, product name, SKU, and a clear description of the issue so the request can be reviewed.
