Battle Born Labs Acceptable Use
These rules keep the Battle Born Labs website focused on research-use product records, documentation requests, and reviewed order workflows.
Research-use only
The website may be used to review research-use product records, request documentation, contact support, and submit reviewed order requests. It may not be used for human-use, veterinary-use, treatment, diagnosis, prescribing, or dosing guidance.
No unsupported claims
Customers may not use Battle Born Labs product pages, support responses, documents, images, or order records to create unsupported medical, health, performance, treatment, disease, or safety claims.
Accurate request details
Order request details must be accurate. Do not submit false contact details, misleading shipping information, altered documentation, or requests intended to hide the actual use, recipient, destination, or product context.
Payment and support channels
Use only payment, invoice, and support channels provided after Battle Born Labs review. Do not attempt payment processor evasion, descriptor manipulation, chargeback abuse, or off-channel impersonation.
Right to decline
Battle Born Labs may decline, pause, or cancel requests that appear incomplete, unsupported, unlawful, inconsistent with research-use boundaries, or otherwise unsuitable for fulfillment.
