Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Battleborn Labs customer account and eligible personal information without signing in. Use the email address associated with the account so we can verify ownership.

How to request deletion

1. Email ryan@battlebornlabs.com from the email address on your Battleborn Labs account.
2. Use the subject line Battleborn Labs account deletion request.
3. State that you want your Battleborn Labs account deleted. If you cannot access the account email, explain that in the message; we may request additional information to verify the request.

Battleborn Labs will verify the request, process the eligible deletion, and confirm what was deleted and what must be retained. We do not ask you to send a password or payment-card number by email.

Information deleted

After verification, the account record and eligible profile and contact information are deleted. This includes saved cart data and optional marketing or SMS preferences associated with the account, where applicable.

Information that may be retained

Completed order, payment, shipping, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not kept as an active customer account.
